Jennifer is an EMS consultant with over twenty years of experience. Jennifer has worked with volunteer and career departments throughout her EMS career and is currently a New Jersey and NREMT-Paramedic. Jennifer is a contributing author to NJ FIRE Magazine on health and safety and has been a lecturer at the NJ EMS Conference.
Jennifer’s expertise is in developing managerial, operational and human resource policies for emergency service agencies. These policies include infection control programs, quality assurance and employee handbooks, while developing various public relations programs. Jennifer is involved in quality data driven projects to reduce defects and improve processes and is currently a Six Sigma Green Belt. Jennifer is a member of the National Association of EMTS and the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.
Jennifer’s education includes a Master’s of Science, EMS Management, University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC); Bachelors of Arts, University of Delaware; Certificate in Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness, Villanova University.
